This unique mixed building designed by Andrew Bromberg (Aedas) was completed in 2012. A glass canopy and open-air plaza as well as open interior public spaces are saving 30 percent of the air conditioning costs in the mall. The facade maintenance is easy and safe with Rostek monorail system. The multi dimensional shapes of the building requires Rostek climbing solutions for the whole building.  About 900 meters of climbing monorail track along with electric trolleys painted with proper RAL colours takes the maintenance unit up and down along facade.
