The outstanding landmark, a 24-storey high riser in the heart of Tallinn is the headquarters of one of the leading banks in Estonia. Total floor area of building is appr. 18.000m2. The architectural design is by the Studio Raivo Puusepp.

Architecture of the building is based on triangular shapes in both horizontal and vertical directions. The ideal solution for façade maintenance was the climbing trolley, Roslift on RS127 track lines. Maintenance operation is managed and the whole system run from the Rostek platform BMU 2/17, supended from the two Roslifts. The total length of the RS127 following the edges of the strongly shaped forms is 260m. In the middle of the triangular shaped building there is skylight. Access to the internal surface of the skylight is arranged by using the same platform as in the exterior. For that purpose there is 36m long RS133 track line.
