Rostek Systems:

There are horizontal monorail systems on the four towers rising eight floors. Short monorails together with the suspended platform also take care of the access to some internal stairwell glazing.
The biggest problems were the two atriums in the middle of the building. The atriums have big sloping glass roofs. Offices separated by glass walls surround the atrium. All these glass surfaces need regular cleaning and other maintenance. Rostek solved the access to the skylight by using 20 track lines between the roof trusses and two Roslift 400 climbing trolleys carrying a suspended platform. The Roslift 400 trolleys can easily be changed between the tracks and the suspended platform can be raised or lowered to any height, therefore the maintenance personnel can reach any location of the atrium and access both the inside of the glass roof as well as all vertical glass walls. For the external side of the glass roof Rostek's ladder system was the best and most economical solution.
