Festival Walk is a shopping and entertainment centre with more than 200 shops and over 25 restaurants. The complex also includes 11 cinema screens and the largest ice-skating rink in Hong Kong.

The Nokia headquarters and the office building for almost 500 Nokia employees. Its total floor area is 32.866 m2. The design is by Architectoral Studio Pekka Helin & Tuomo Siitonen. This building as so many others, has a double facade with Rostek cradle for maintenance.

The outstanding landmark, a 24-storey high riser in the heart of Tallinn is the headquarters of one of the leading banks in Estonia. Total floor area of building is appr. 18.000m2. The architectural design is by the Studio Raivo Puusepp.
